Our Spa Policies

In order to provide a smooth experience please review our polices prior to your visit.

Reservations

We recommend that you schedule your spa services in advance. A credit card will be required to secure your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session at original cost.

Special Accomodations

Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and room service massage based on availability with 48 hour advance notice. Includes a 10% courtesy fee.

Special Events

Ask about our spa party services and Lite Bites Menu for weddings and special occasions. Minimum 30-day notice and deposit required. We will create a spa party tailored just for you!

Quiet Room/Hotel Amenities

Relax in our adult-only quiet room to unwind prior to and after your spa session. Refreshments from our lite spa menu are available for purchase and may be enjoyed poolside. Extend your bliss at the pool, hot tub or in the workout facility.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you need to change or cancel your spa service. Please be aware that we will charge a 25% cancellation fee to your credit card in the event of a no show or late cancellation.

Payment

A credit card will be required to secure your appointment. Cash, local checks, or credit card may be used for payment on the date of your service.

Children 12 and under receive a 20% discount on spa services.
